First, we specialize in multi-family and have experience as not only the developer, but as owners and investors too. We are a smaller firm. This allows us to do the following:
Control cost, as we have little to no overhead.
Be selective on projects and clients. We are not after every fish in the sea, nor the largest fish in the sea. Our goal is to build partnerships that will last.
We grow as your business grows.
We have over 20 years of experience in client representation for development and project management and construction.
We have personally done the work our clients are doing. So, we understand the pain points.
Our project experience is wide-ranging. We have personally built or personally managed every project type that we offer our services for.
Aurra Rogers
Owner
Aurra has over 15 years of experience in the education system as a special needs teacher. She became interested in the real estate market through her husband’s career and soon realized the effect that quality housing had on students within the public education system. She then began investing in single family residential homes in 2008 focusing on rental holds and fix and flips in underserved communities.

Joseph S Rogers, Jr.
Managing Director
Joe brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of real estate as a broker, development consultant, project manager, construction manager, developer as well as an investor. His experience spans from simple to complex multifamily and commercial transactions. A husband and father of three children, Joe loves to golf, volunteer in his community, and is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Jonathan Burrows
Director Of Acquisitions & Development
Bahamas & Caribbean Division
A descendant of the San Salvador Island, Bahamas, Jonathan has over 18 years of operations and hospitality management experience. In his most recent role he served as a Regional Operations Manager, for Grifols a Global Health Care company where he had oversight of multiple locations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, over 300 employees and $52million operating budget. He has a Bachelor’s in Marketing Hospitality & Tourism from Western Carolina University, Cullowhee NC
